In this video, I walk you step-by-step through the entire process: how I strip and wash brand-new synthetic dreads, how I hang-dry them for installation, and how I braid them in and uninstall them safely.

After my accident, anesthesia, narcotics, and grief-induced trauma triggered severe alopecia. My hair thinned, broke, and fell out in ways that shattered my confidence. Installing dreadlock extensions became part of my healing — not just for my hair, but for my heart. They gave me a way to feel beautiful again, gave my injured hands a much needed rest in styling my hair daily, and gave me a chance to reclaim something that grief tried to steal from me.

These dreads were custom-made to match my skin tone and my style… and I can’t wait to show you the transformation.
