The most important component to your nail health is having a consistent #nailcare routine.

1. Trim and file your nails regularly to encourage growth. Just like how you would when get a hair trim!

2. Incorporate a #cuticleoil ! Keeping you nails hydrated will be crucial to keeping your nails flexible and prevent breakage. In the video above, im using @kbshimmer tri-oil roll-on cuticle oil.

3. Try a nail care treatment or (enriched) base coat to add a seal onto your nails and prevent them from drying out.

4. Stay hydrated. Hydration starts from within. Drink your daily recommended water at least!

5. Include vitamins and supplements to boost your daily nourishment. Biotin, magnesium, etc.

6. Glass nail files are perfect for shaping nails! In the video above I’m using the glass file from @nailstuff.ca
