Les ongles, protecteurs des doigts et indicateurs de sant , n cessitent un entretien r gulier. Il faut les couper, les nettoyer l'eau et au savon, et hydrater mains et cuticules pour viter la fragilit . Les mauvaises habitudes comme se ronger les ongles ou abuser du vernis et des dissolvants doivent tre vit es. En somme, prendre soin de ses ongles, c'est allier propret , pr vention et protection.
