Individual extensions are exactly that, individual extensions applied to each individual natural eyelash. Each natural eyelash must be isolated (separated individually with a tweezer as seen in video) before applying an extension with adhesive which can last anywhere from 3-6 weeks! Eyelashes and eyebrows along with the rest of our body hair grow at a very rapid pace so maintenance is required to maintain beautiful full eyelash extensions!

It may seem like a quick process with a sped up clip on Instagram or YouTube but this 9 second clip was actually a 20 second real time clip and you can see a neighboring lash stuck to the extension that was placed which is something that needs to be repeatedly checked for throughout the application. We like to call those “stickies” they cause damage to your lash line by pulling out the natural lash that is stuck or clumped together before it is ready to shed on its own. We want zero stickies and perfect distance from the eyelid to ensure amazing retention! We need to ensure this for every natural lash meaning we do this anywhere from 100-200 times PER EYE. Please be patient with your lash artists. ????

A full set on a healthy lash line and even on a damaged lash line can take anywhere from 2-3 hours! Don’t rush perfection ladies. ✨
