Shrinkage gets such a bad rap but it's actually a friend to us. I know it's mostly disliked because some of us experience knots, and tangles from it but there are ways around it. In this video, I discuss how I handle tangles and knots from the shrinkage I get from wash and go on my 4c natural hair.
